Ola Vasiljeva initiated The Ocean’s Academy of Arts (OAOA) in 2008 in Amsterdam. It is a mutable artist collective that functions as a vessel for creating and presenting art, gathering fictions and pedagogies into provisional constellations that rehearse how art might circulate, shelter, and misbehave.
